Refund policy

Cancellation Policy:
We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@artisanail.com with the email subject "Cancel Order" followed by your order number.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving the item (the item must be in its original, new condition).

Refund Conditions:
1.Firstly, you need to contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the product to request a refund. Once the 30-day period has passed, we will no longer accept your refund request.
2.If our mistake results in you receiving the wrong or damaged item (excluding slight dust or defects on the packaging), we take full responsibility for production mistake. If we send you the wrong set/size/color, we would gladly issue you a refund or send you a whole new set for free.. Please contact us and include photos of your entire order, as well as a brief description of the damaged/unqualified item and the problem. In this case, we are more willing to resolve the issue according to the situation to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.
3.Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on where and how to send the return. Please send your item to the address provided in the email and provide a tracking number for your return. We will process your refund. Typically, you will receive your refund within 3-5 business days.

Special Cases:
1.If the package is delivered to the wrong address due to the customer filling out the wrong address, we will provide the logistics provider's information to assist in modifying the address, but we will not issue a refund. Please be sure to fill out the correct address.
2.If you order the incorrect nail size, artisanail.com is not responsible. Please be sure to check your order carefully!
